Guro Neighborhood Park (Issy-les-Moulineaux Park)

Guro Neighborhood Park was established in August 2008 as a resting space for local residents. It is surrounded by various cultural and artistic spaces such as the Guro Community Center, making it suitable for family cultural outings. At the park entrance, there is a sculpture symbolizing the friendship between Guro-gu and its sister city, Issy-les-Moulineaux in France. Centered around Guro Neighborhood Park, there are a large performance hall, an outdoor stage, a fountain, an indoor shelter, and outdoor benches, extending to the school park created by opening the fence of neighboring Yeongrim Middle School. Guro Neighborhood Park is the starting point of Art Valley Road, which is within about 10 minutes' distance from Guro Street Park and Guro Library, and is adjacent to the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service. The most representative cultural space is the Guro Art Valley Art Theater located on the left side of Guro Neighborhood Park. The 150m path from Guro Neighborhood Park to the main gate of Yeongrim Middle School has been designated as a 'Seoul Walking Street,' with ginkgo trees lining both sides, making it a pleasant walking course.
