Completed in April 1970, Songjeonji is the largest reservoir in Gyeonggi Province. Despite its wide water surface, there are not many seating areas; the upstream side is shallow and the area near the mountain is too deep, so reel fishing or using a fishing platform is necessary. There are many crucian carp, but fishing for Korean chub in autumn is also attractive.
