Ginger & Thistle opened its doors to offer reasonable prices, great taste, and authentic European casual dining. Ginger & Thistle avoids canned foods and makes most of its dishes from scratch. They make their own sausages using natural pork casings, bacon, black pudding, pulled pork, pasta sauces, fruit syrups, jams, pies, and more. All are free of artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and sweeteners. The sourdough is thoughtfully made by a skilled baker at a local independent bakery, taking into account Ginger & Thistle's requests, using organic whole wheat and rye, French flour, and natural sourdough starter.
