Mandon is located in Building B of Ilsan Western Dome. Its exterior evokes a Japanese-style tonkatsu restaurant. Mandon is famous as a restaurant where people line up. Mandon ages premium domestic pork at low temperatures for 400 hours, making the meat more tender and rich in savory flavor. It is a tonkatsu restaurant that fries in fresh oil daily, resulting in a crispy exterior and moist interior. Instead of frozen breadcrumbs, they use fresh breadcrumbs made from grinding bread directly, giving a soft and rich buttery flavor.
