Kiwa Maru Aji

Kiwa Maru Aji is a Japanese ramen specialty restaurant located in Dongtan, Hwaseong. It makes ramen using traditional Japanese broth and ramen manufacturing methods. The tonkotsu broth, made by removing impurities over 48 hours, has a rich and delicious milky white soup. Bean sprouts, menma, green onions, mushrooms, eggs, and chashu are placed on top of this broth, and a light sprinkle of black garlic oil at the end is a unique feature of this establishment. Parking is available at the nearby public parking lot.
