Daehakro Jayu Theater is a theater opened in March 2005 by Nanta production company PMC Production on Daehakro with the aim of developing domestic creative musicals. Starting with the opening commemorative work Nanta in 2005, it has established itself as a cultural space offering new emotions to audiences by staging performances centered on domestic creative musicals such as the musicals Dalgona, Music in My Heart, and Murder Case. Even now, Jayu Theater continues to reach audiences by attempting various genres and presenting highly complete musical performances. As a basement small theater, the audience is close to the stage, allowing for vivid performances. It is located 200 meters from Exit 1 of Hyehwa Station and is situated in the center of Daehakro, surrounded by various sights and activities.
