Jeon Tae-il Memorial Hall is a memorial space located at 105 Cheonggyecheon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, established to commemorate the life of young labor activist Jeon Tae-il. Cheonggyecheon is the place where young Jeon Tae-il worked and where he protested by self-immolation. Inside the memorial hall, the third floor houses a permanent exhibition hall and a special exhibition hall, the second floor has a performance hall and a rest area, and the first floor has a citizen exhibition hall. Visitors are advised to tour from the third floor downward. Through the exhibitions, one can examine the life of Jeon Tae-il and feel the atmosphere of the era. Additionally, this venue hosts performances and educational programs related to the labor movement alongside the exhibitions.
