Ainos

Ainos is an Italian restaurant located on Simhaksan Mountain in Paju, Gyeonggi Province. To create healthy dishes, it reduces sugar and avoids chemical additives as much as possible, using only carefully selected quality ingredients. Ainos bread, made fresh daily, is used for pre-meal bread and panini, and pasta is made with Ainos homemade tomato sauce, simmered for a long time to bring out its natural flavor. The restaurant continuously researches menus using seasonal ingredients. Additionally, in the roasting room on the second floor, five blended coffee beans are roasted in-house. Outdoor tables and a second-floor terrace with seating are available to enjoy the outside scenery. A garden preserving the natural landscape is provided for a pleasant rest even after the meal.
