Lapland

A bakery cafe located at 178-3 Dolgot-gil, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, inspired by 'Lapland', a well-known clean region in Finland, and decorated with a Nordic sensibility interior. It is famous as a brunch restaurant, with the Lap burger and cold pasta as its signature menu items. From the first-floor terrace seats and second-floor window seats, you can enjoy a wide-open view of the Han River. Only beans roasted directly by a professionally qualified roaster are used, and the cafe takes pride in using only the highest quality ingredients for other materials as well. Using French organic flour, unsalted butter, and natural sourdough starter, various types of bread are made after a 29-hour fermentation process.
