This place sells wet-aged meat, which is aged by blocking air and using wind at a constant temperature to concentrate the meat's juices internally, making it tender. Therefore, there is less moisture evaporation, keeping the meat juicy and tender, offering a rich flavor and easy digestion. On the first floor, you can select and pay for various meats such as Korean beef, pork, and Wagyu, then grill and eat them on the second floor, with two robots assisting in serving. It also sells mushroom assortments and vegetable assortments to accompany the meat. A table setting fee is charged, and the basic table setting includes yukhoe (seasoned raw beef), yukjeon (beef pancake), cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew), and side dishes, with additional side dishes available for self-service.
