The portions of beef offal and congealed blood are generous, and the broth is clean and refreshing. For customers who do not prefer congealed blood, there are also Hanwoo beef bone soup and Hanwoo Korean cabbage greens soup. The Hanwoo beef bone soup uses Hanwoo brisket and Hanwoo broth, making it rich and savory. The Hanwoo Korean cabbage greens soup contains Hanwoo brisket and plenty of Korean cabbage greens, with a refreshing broth. Anseongsun Hangover Soup uses only domestic ingredients, including red pepper powder, chili oil, and napa cabbage. The brisket, congealed blood, and offal are all cooked with Hanwoo grade 1 meat, and the broth is made rich by simmering Hanwoo bones and leg bones.
