Suraon Ssalbap

The thick mackerel is well-grilled, moist inside, and savory. The stir-fried pork is sweet and spicy, generous in portion, and has good meat juice. The grilled pollack is coated with a delicious sauce and has a smoky flavor, while the plump hairtail is savory and light. The side dishes are neatly arranged.
