Jagajemyeon Baegundong

Jagajemyeon Baegundong is a udon restaurant near Baegun Lake in Hakui-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do. In addition to its signature dish, butsuke udon, it offers a variety of udon dishes, as well as tonkatsu and tempura that can be enjoyed together. The tonkatsu set meal, which includes tonkatsu, egg rice, and udon at an affordable price, is also popular. Butsuke udon is a dish where cold noodles are topped with a special tsuyu sauce and sprinkled with lemon, then mixed and eaten; the noodles are freshly made, giving them a chewy texture.
