After enjoying beef shabu-shabu in a spicy broth made with water dropwort and oyster mushrooms, you add hand-cut noodles and boil them. Finally, you finish by stir-frying rice in the remaining broth. In addition to the shabu mushroom kalguksu, you can also taste the clam kalguksu, which has a non-spicy broth made with seafood stock.
