Bubu Farm Garden

Bubu Farm Garden is a duck dish specialty restaurant located in Maeryong-dong, Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The spacious interior is divided into seated and floor seating areas, and there are also rooms. Tablecloths are changed for each guest for hygienic management. Operating since February 2000, Bubu Farm Garden uses only sulfur-fed ducks and pollution-free vegetables. Along with duck meat, they offer a variety of wrap vegetables, a platter of buckwheat noodles (makguksu), rice, and scorched rice water (sungnyung). The menu consists of only two items: grilled duck wrap set meal (duck bulgogi ssam jeongsik) and smoked duck wrap set meal (duck hoonje ssam jeongsik). The grilled duck wrap set meal has a sweet and savory flavor with soy sauce seasoning that is not too strong. The smoked duck wrap set meal comes with pre-cooked duck, so it can be grilled and eaten immediately. The duck has a light and clean taste. The wrap vegetables served with the duck include a variety of fresh vegetables such as lettuce, chicory, kale, and fresh herbs (sinseoncho), offered in generous portions. The buckwheat noodles have chewy noodles with a sweet and spicy umami flavor that stimulates the appetite, and the soybean paste stew (doenjang jjigae) offers a mild yet spicy and refreshing taste. The farm spans approximately 3,300 square meters and includes a garden where children can play, making it a good place for a walk after a meal and suitable for families with children.
