Daedonggwan

Located in Ilsan Madu Beopjo Town, 'Daedonggwan' is a Pyongyang naengmyeon specialty restaurant. It is characterized by using buckwheat processed directly every morning, and the clean aftertaste of the broth whets the appetite. The top-quality noodles, which break off easily without needing scissors and offer a chewy texture, are also excellent. The North Korean-style dumplings filled with tofu, bean sprouts, and minced meat are also a popular menu item.
