Hanbang Native Chicken and Duck

Located in Gangha-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, this restaurant specializes in native chicken and duck. They carefully boil 26 kinds of medicinal herbs that are good for the body and use the broth to prepare native chicken and duck as a white soup (baek-suk). All medicinal herbs are 100% domestic, and all other ingredients are also domestic, insisting on using only native breeds. The herbs used in the cooking are wild herbs collected from the mountains, which are added to the chicken and duck dishes.
