Bak Teot Jyeonne

This restaurant, whose signature menu is ssambap jeongsik (rice wrapped in leafy vegetables set meal), offers a variety of dishes ranging from meat to hanwoo (Korean beef). It serves various wild greens such as bracken, mushrooms, anchovies, peppers, and eggplant namul along with ssam vegetables. After scooping out the rice from the dolsot (stone pot), you can add water to make nurungji (scorched rice) and wrap the rice in ssam leaves. It also provides generous side dishes including jeon (pan-fried dishes), muk (acorn jelly), and kimchi along with ureong doenjang (snail soy bean paste stew), allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal with any combination of meat. The restaurant consists of private ondol (underfloor heating) individual bungalows, making it suitable for family outings, couples, or hosting guests.
