Tteul-eseo Hwaro Gui is a meat restaurant located in Gwan-yang-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The dining tables include hall seating, rooms, and outdoor tables. Various side dishes are served, and when dining at outdoor tables, guests must help themselves to the side dishes. High-quality Korean beef and pork are grilled over a charcoal fire. Samgyeopsal (pork belly) and Ogyeopsal (thick pork belly) are fresh, glossy, juicy, and savory. The meat is thick, and especially Ogyeopsal has skin, adding a chewy texture. The seasoned female pork ribs are tender and sweet. The sweetness is not overpowering, and the seasoning is evenly absorbed into the cuts. Naengmyeon (cold noodles) is refreshing and the noodles are chewy, making it a good dessert. There is also a lunch special that includes meat and naengmyeon, or meat and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) with rice.
