Gwanakgwan

Gwanakgwan is a Pyongyang naengmyeon specialty restaurant located in Bisan-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. It has been continuing its tradition for three generations since 1986. Its signature menu items are Pyongyang naengmyeon made primarily with buckwheat and bulgogi made with premium beef. The naengmyeon noodles are made with buckwheat, giving them a soft texture, and the broth is simmered for over four hours using premium beef, domestic pork, and free-range chicken, resulting in a deep, rich flavor. Additionally, the Gwanak bulgogi has a non-irritating taste, and it is also delicious when mixed with rice in the simmered sauce.
