Sigeol Sundae

Sigeol Sundae is a famous sundae-guk (blood sausage soup) restaurant located at 351 Yongsin-ro, Sangnok-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do (Bon-dong). Although there are many businesses with similar names, it is not a chain. The sundae-guk here is characterized by a clear yet deep and rich broth. In addition to the main menu item, sundae-gukbap, you can also enjoy osori meori gukbap (head meat soup), naejang meori gukbap (offal head soup), and sulguk (alcohol soup). The restaurant uses non-absorbent earthenware pots that prevent impurities from being absorbed. Besides gukbap, they also sell assorted sundae, suyuk (boiled pork slices), and makchang sundae (grilled pork intestines sundae). The interior is divided into two floors, with a separate waiting area for guests. Parking space is limited, but there is a public parking lot nearby for convenient use. It is located 511m from Exit 3 of Sangnoksu Station on Subway Line 4.
