Bukmun Yuchihwoegwan

Bukmun Yuchihwoegwan is a hangover soup specialty restaurant located near Hwaseong Fortress's Janganmun Gate in Suwon. This restaurant serves three menu items: hangover soup, liquor soup, and boiled pork slices, with a high food turnover rate. The hangover soup is made with beef knuckle and leg bone broth simmered for over 24 hours, without spicy seasoning, and includes Korean cabbage, beef short rib meat, mushrooms, and green onions, served with a separate side of coagulated blood.
