Silla Galbi

This place is famous for its fresh raw ribs (saenggalbi) made from 1+ grade Korean beef that have never been frozen. It features a modern exterior with blue-tone front glass and a geometric building structure. It is easily visible from the Suwon Court intersection and has room seating suitable for various gatherings. The seasoned ribs (yangnyeomgalbi) are marinated with salt seasoning for about 24 hours, not soy sauce, so the natural flavor of the raw ribs is preserved while the seasoning permeates well, making it a popular menu item. As a side dish, there is a salad popular among female customers. This restaurant has appeared on TV broadcasts several times.
