A whole chicken soup (dak-baeksuk) specialty restaurant located in Dandae-dong, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. It opened at the foot of Namhansanseong Fortress in 1977 and moved to its current location in Dandae-dong in 1999. Since 2015, it has been featured on various broadcasts including KBS, YTN, SBS, and JTBC. The nurungji baeksuk (scorched rice chicken soup) is served in a portion for 2-3 adults. Basic side dishes such as baechu kimchi, kkakdugi, cabbage pickles, and dotorimuk are served first, followed by sesame salt for dipping the chicken, and then the nurungji baeksuk. Side menu items include pajeon, gamjajeon, and deodeok gui. The website sells meal kits for nurungji baeksuk, samgyetang, and nurungji samgyetang. It is located in the Namhansanseong Dakjukchon Folk Village, approximately 1km from Sanseong Station.
