Suta Udon Gen Main Branch is a Japanese traditional hand-pulled udon restaurant that has been passed down to the second generation. It has an open kitchen where you can see the noodles being kneaded. The udon is broadly divided into three categories: hot udon, mixed buddgae udon, and dipping zaru udon (similar to soba), with various menu options within each. For first-time visitors, they recommend the buddgae or zaru udon to experience the texture of hand-pulled noodles rather than hot udon. The zaru udon is served with noodles on ice, and you dip them in sauce like soba. Business ends when the noodles are sold out.
