Bukyeongjeong Main Store

Bukyeongjeong is a pollack specialty restaurant near Migeum Station in Bundang. Its signature dish, pollack innards hot pot, is made with clams and shrimp for broth, and cooked with pollack meat, roe, and innards, resulting in a spicy and rich broth. It can also be ordered as a clear stew. The steamed pollack is a menu item where nutritious 'yellow soil soybean sprout' and pollack with innards harmonize deliciously. The one-pot pollack soup is cooked without innards, using only pollack, making the broth refreshing and clean, and is prepared in a pot rather than a ttukbaegi. As a side menu, pollack pancakes are also popular. Inside the store, there are autographs of celebrities, and it has been introduced on TV about 40 times.
