Sagyejinmi

Sagyejinmi is a kongguksu (soybean noodle soup) restaurant in Yatap. The kongguksu, made daily in the morning by the owner using domestic soybeans, has a rich and savory flavor. Although kongguksu is typically a summer seasonal menu, at Sagyejinmi it can be enjoyed all year round. Notably, the owner has a special affection for soybeans and is famous for never adding toppings to the kongguksu. The philosophy is that toppings could compromise the rich and savory taste of the soybean broth.
