Located in Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Ilho Galbitang is famous for its galbitang (beef rib soup) containing large beef ribs. The large ribs are said to resemble golf clubs, hence the nickname 'golf club galbitang'. The meat separates easily from the bone, and the separated meat is dipped in soy sauce. The refreshing soup with glass noodles pairs well with rice, topped with the accompanying cubed radish kimchi (kkakdugi).
