Jangsu Nurungji Baeksuk

A baeksuk (Korean chicken soup) specialty restaurant located in Byeollae-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The exterior is a traditional Korean house with a black tile roof, exuding a classic and old-fashioned atmosphere. The interior is decorated in a clean, modern style, providing a comfortable and pleasant dining environment. Various menu items are available, including native chicken nurungji baeksuk, duck nurungji baeksuk, Neungi (sawtooth oak mushroom) herbal chicken baeksuk, chicken braised in spicy sauce, lacquer chicken, plate-style naengmyeon, pajeon (green onion pancake), dotorimuk (acorn jelly), and kimchi jeon (kimchi pancake). The signature dish, nurungji baeksuk, features well-braised chicken and duck harmonizing with the savory scorched rice soup, enhancing the flavor. The ssakbaji (mixed radish kimchi) and gat kimchi (mustard leaf kimchi) served with the baeksuk are also delicacies and are sold separately.
