Namdoui Tteul

Namdoui Tteul is a Korean fine dining restaurant located in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do. It specializes in barley salted dried pollack (bori gulbi), which is naturally dried and aged with Sinan sun-dried salt (with the brine removed), offering a non-salty and chewy taste.
