Why travelers stop here
Eunpyeong Hanok Village is a modern hanok village located in Jingwan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu. It was newly built following Bukchon and Seochon. It is a historical and cultural village harmonized with Bukhansan National Park and Jingwansa Temple. Eunpyeong Hanok Village offers the pleasure of viewing as the land was sold to individuals only for building hanoks, so each hanok has a different shape and wood color according to the owner's taste. Additionally, it is suitable for outings with amenities such as walking trails and cafes. Since this is a residential area where residents live, most places except commercial facilities are either inhabited by hanok village residents or are private property, so interior viewing of the hanoks is not possible. However, some houses may allow interior viewing with the owner's permission.
