Yetgol Sandeomi Gamjatang Ilsan Main Branch is a bone hangover soup (gamjatang) restaurant located in Siksadong, Ilsandong-gu. The signature menu is the 'Sandeomi Gamjatang' (mountain-like potato soup), where layers of bones are piled high with generous amounts of dried radish greens (siraegi). The bones are large and have plenty of meat. After finishing the rich broth and meat, they fry rice for you. Another popular menu item, 'Bone Hangover Soup' (ppye haejangguk), features thick meat attached to bones and greens (ujeok) with plenty of perilla seed powder, boiled to be savory and light. Basic side dishes can be refilled at the self-service bar.
