Garaesil Culture Village is located in Hwasan-myeon, Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Through the 2011 happiness project 'Sinmongyudowon - Five Branches of Happiness Road', it was reborn as a cultural production area and cultural consumption area. The Five Branches of Happiness Road consists of Walking Road, Wind Road, Twenty Valley Road, Gwihomaeul Road, and Dohwawon Road, and various artworks that capture the village's history and stories are installed. Nearby, there is the Sian Art Museum, which is located on the site of the former Donghwa Elementary School.
