Sandigolchon Tofu

Sandigolchon Tofu is a handmade tofu specialty restaurant in Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province. Every morning, they make handmade tofu with Korean beans and use it as the main ingredient for their dishes. The main menu includes tofu hot pot, soft tofu, and tofu jjigae. For regular customers, the spicy braised codfish (kodari jjim) is popular for its addictive spicy flavor. Also, the potato pancake made by grating plump and delicious domestic potatoes on a grater is one of the popular menu items.
