Guseonggak

Guseonggak is a kalguksu restaurant located in Gapyeong-eup, Gapyeong-gun. Its main menu items are yukgaejang kalguksu and bajirak kalguksu, and in the summer, it sells cold jjamppong, kongguksu, and cold udon using kalguksu noodles. The side dishes are sweet and sour radish pickles and cabbage geotjeori, which go well with any menu. The kongguksu broth is made by boiling domestic soybeans, giving it a clean and savory taste. Since all food is prepared to order, there may be a wait if there are many customers. There is no parking lot, so parking must be done in nearby alleys or on the road. The restaurant is only open during lunch hours, so be sure to check the time before visiting.
