Guksu Manchan

Gogi-guksu (meat noodle soup), a special dish available in Jeju, has distinct broths and noodle types, giving each restaurant its own unique character. Guksu Manchan is a renowned noodle restaurant located in Yeon-dong, Jeju City, not far from the airport. It has been operating since 2007, maintaining its presence for a long time. The noodle menu includes gogi-guksu (meat noodle soup), myeolchi-guksu (anchovy noodle soup), and bibim-guksu (mixed noodles). It also offers various Jeju specialty dishes such as suyuk (boiled pork slices), dombegogi (Jeju-style boiled pork), and agangbal (braised pork trotters). The noodles are medium-thick, not thin, and topped generously with suyuk, providing a good texture. It is frequently visited by both tourists and locals.
