The 2nd Seongbuk Street Culture Festival <Dada Festa> is a community-based festival that introduces and allows enjoyment of Seongbuk-gu's streets and street culture in a distinctive way. It is created together with various groups including local universities, youth, residents, artists, multicultural families, and migrants. At the festival, you can enjoy exotic foods, experiences, and performances. An art market featuring works and goods by local young artists, as well as a flea market in cooperation with local shops, are also presented. <Dada Festa>, a cultural exchange festival enjoyed and experienced with local residents, takes place over a 200-meter section of the street in front of Seokgwan Elementary School. Various events utilizing the mascot characters 'Dori' and 'Mengi' can be encountered at the festival.
