Jamunbak Cultural Festival

The 2025 Jamunbak Culture Festival will be held under the theme 'Seoul Art Twilight (The Dusky Light of Art) for the Artistic Life of Seoul Citizens.' It presents a cultural and arts festival that offers artistic inspiration, like the dim dawn light seeping out from beyond the city walls of the dynamic modern city of Seoul. At the foot of Bukhansan Mountain, in harmony with beautiful nature, Jamunbak, Jongno-gu, and the city of Seoul—which have led domestic art and culture—connect artists of various generations with citizens, and hold exhibitions, performances, forums, workshops, and local exploration events that allow participants to question and propose their own artistic lives. From emerging artists pursuing new aesthetic experiments to established artists, collectors, critics, students, and the general public who form the backbone of domestic art, an autonomous and alternative art ecosystem where all communicate together will be created throughout Jamunbak.
