Melange Bakery

Every morning, bread is made from dough generously filled with good ingredients such as organic flour, natural whole wheat sourdough starter, and unrefined raw sugar. Through an appropriate fermentation process, the bread is comfortable and delicious without causing heartburn. All cakes use 100% animal milk fresh cream, and character cakes and lettering cakes can also be ordered by reservation. The bakery operates on a same-day production and same-day sale basis.
