Article 1 (Status as an e-commerce intermediary and scope of responsibility for product information)

The individual product information displayed on holidaykr.com is independently edited and entered by global onboarded partners (Merchants).

The Company hereby clearly states in advance that, unless due to the Company’s intent or gross negligence, it assumes no warranty of quality or indirect liability for the accuracy, legality, or truthfulness of information collected and posted by individual guides.

Before booking, users must carefully review the selling partner’s specific terms of use and operating details and complete payment only after such review.

Article 2 (Measures to prevent trademark and intellectual property infringement)

The logos, interfaces, and original policy/terms texts owned by 홀리데이투어 are strictly protected under intellectual property laws.

If other partners or competitors alter or imitate our brand assets and design architecture in a manner that causes mistake or confusion, such conduct may violate the Trademark Act and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and will be met with firm action.

Article 3 (Animal welfare policy notice)

We pursue sustainable travel and categorically prohibit the listing of experience products that involve the capture, confinement, or violent training of wild animals (e.g., elephant-abusive rides, wild-animal circuses in poor conditions).

Partners must not design tour courses that undermine animal welfare; if violations are reported by users or regulatory bodies and verified, the relevant products will be permanently restricted from display without prior notice.

Article 4 (Vulnerability reporting program)

To continuously improve the stability of our security infrastructure, we operate a voluntary security flaw and vulnerability reporting program (Report Vulnerability) for external security researchers and general users.

Article 5 (Conspicuous Intermediary Notice Before Transaction)

For partner-supplied products, the Company will make reasonable efforts to display intermediary status and seller or partner information in a way that users can recognize before purchase, including on the product detail page, booking step, payment confirmation, receipt, voucher, or customer notice.

A limitation of liability does not exclude liability that cannot be waived under mandatory law, including the Company's intentional misconduct, gross negligence, direct contractual obligations for Company-operated products, or statutory consumer-protection duties.

Article 6 (Animal Welfare Review Standards and Appeal)

Products may be restricted, suspended, or delisted when they involve animal fighting, abusive riding, forced performances, close-contact handling of wild animals, photo sessions involving sedation or restraint, facilities with inadequate food, water, shelter, veterinary care, or any activity reasonably considered to undermine animal welfare.

The Company may refer to recognized animal-welfare guidance, public authority findings, user reports, partner evidence, and expert review when making decisions. Partners may submit corrective evidence or an objection, but urgent restrictions may remain in place while safety, legality, and welfare risks are reviewed.
