This is a modern shopping center built along Songpa-daero next to the Garak Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market. It consists of a total of 7 buildings. In the sales building, the basement level 1 sells fruits and vegetables, the ground level 1 sells seafood, dried seafood, and livestock products. The 2nd floor operates as a supermarket-style general shopping area and sells kitchenware, while the 3rd floor is operated as a specialty restaurant hall. Theme Building 4 also operates a promotional store for food ingredients and regional specialties from all over Korea. The organic specialty market (Danong) located in Building 2 is also popular among housewives.
