Samcheong Park is a park located in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. It was designated as Urban Planning Park No. 1 in March 1940. Situated in the heart of Seoul, it is surrounded by many art galleries and specialty restaurants, making it a popular walking course for citizens. The quiet walking trails offer beautiful scenery. In spring, cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and in autumn, the fall foliage is stunning, attracting a steady stream of visitors. There is a monument to the Goryeo loyalist Jeong Mong-ju and his mother's sijo (poem), and following the valley up the walking trail leads to a mineral spring. There is also a forest experience center for young children, making it a great place to visit with kids. Inside Samcheong Park, there is a forest library and café together, allowing visitors to enjoy leisurely reading with coffee. Along the walking trails, there are barefoot reflexology paths, exercise equipment, badminton courts, tennis courts, and other spaces for exercise, as well as a children's playground and a convenience store, providing convenience for citizens using the park.
