Bakgane Bindaetteok

Located in Gwangjang Market, Bakgane Bindaetteok is a bindaetteok (mung bean pancake) specialty restaurant that uses 100% mung beans ground directly on a millstone for a richer, nuttier flavor. The pancakes are fried on a large griddle with plenty of oil immediately upon order, so you can enjoy warm and crispy bindaetteok. Various other menu items such as assorted jeon (pan-fried delicacies), yukjeon (beef pancake), and yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) are also available, allowing you to experience the atmosphere of a traditional market.
