Seongminchon

Seongminchon is a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant located in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu. It boasts a tradition of over 30 years and pursues the best taste using high-quality ingredients. All seafood is directly shipped daily from Yeosu, and all ingredients are 100% domestic. Additionally, no chemical seasonings are used in cooking, and only kimchi aged for two years in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province, is used. All guests are served homemade potato pancakes as a service, and on weekends, family guests are offered yeolmu kimchi made from blended fruits. The noodle strands are made by blending green onions into the dough.
