Eoga

'Eoga' is a specialized restaurant for braised anglerfish (agujjim) located in Seokchon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. It is close to Exit 2 of Seokchon Gobun Station on Line 9. The restaurant is a remodeled two-story house with limited parking space in front. Customers can choose between sitting at tables or on the floor. Eoga's signature menu item is braised anglerfish (agujjim), which is generously filled with crunchy bean sprouts, squid, fish roe, and sea squirts. The leftover sauce is excellent for stir-frying rice. Prices vary by size (large, medium, small), but there is a 'Couple' size for two people, allowing for a comfortable meal. Other dishes include spicy octopus bibimbap, clam kalguksu, sae-al patjuk (red bean porridge with rice balls), seafood pancake, and handmade king dumplings. Nearby attractions include Seokchon Lake and a large theme park, making it possible to combine dining with sightseeing.
