Taehwawon

This Chinese restaurant has been passed down through three generations since the Japanese colonial period. It is one of the early Chinese restaurants in Incheon's Chinatown and is famous for maintaining its original flavors. The spicy jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) is rich in seafood and has an excellent spicy taste, while the uni-jjajang (black bean sauce noodles with minced meat and vegetables) offers a rich flavor with finely minced meat and vegetables. Other menu items include Sichuan-style jjajang, mapo tofu, and glutinous rice sweet and sour pork.
