Hoguk Life Sports Park

Hoguk Life Sports Park is a sports park located in Gonjiam-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, equipped with sports facilities such as a soccer field, basketball court, and badminton court, allowing visitors to enjoy various sports activities. In summer, a water play area opens, filling the park with the cheerful laughter and shouts of children. Shade structures and picnic tables are installed throughout, providing comfortable seating to watch children play. Separate changing rooms are also available. Hoguk Life Sports Park serves as a park for the health promotion and leisure activities of Gwangju citizens, and was also created to honor Jeongam Lee Jong-hoon and General Shin Rip. Upon entering the park, you can see a stone sculpture describing the background of the park's creation and statues of the two figures.
