Siraemaru

A restaurant located in Gonjiam, Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, specializing in dishes made with dried radish greens (siraegi). It offers siraegi rice (rice cooked with dried radish greens), siraegi gamasot rice (rice cooked in a cauldron with dried radish greens), and a siraegi jeotgal set meal that pairs well with the mild siraegi. The jeotgal set meal includes eight types of salted seafood: seasoned raw oyster jeot, squid jeot, flying fish roe jeot, pollock roe jeot, changnan jeot, pollock roe jeot, and octopus jeot. Yanggu siraegi can be purchased at the counter.
