Toechon Botanical Garden is a private botanical garden spanning 3,000 pyeong, operating as a plant garden center that cultivates and sells approximately 1,500 species of ornamental trees, fruit trees, wildflowers, and rare plants. It is a space for relaxation and healing, featuring a beautiful garden adorned with various plants and a natural spring called Sesimcheon (洗心泉), which flows with clear, charming water. It was designated as Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province's first Edufarm (rural experience education farm) in 2010 and first healing farm in 2019. At Toechon Botanical Garden, visitors can learn how to tend and decorate gardens, grow indoor plants, and appreciate various rare plants. Healing programs, lifestyle horticulture, urban agriculture, and life science experiences are also offered. Through customized one-day reservation programs for each visitor, the garden provides an experience of feeling and learning about plants, offering healing from daily stress.
