Ssamdoduk

Ssamdoduk near Anyang Sammaksa Temple is a ssambap (rice wrapped in leafy vegetables) specialty restaurant, but its neatly arranged side dishes and excellent taste make it feel like a hanjeongsik (Korean set meal) restaurant. On one side of the restaurant, seasonal ssam vegetables such as romaine lettuce, cabbage heart, kale, red chicory, green mustard, red mustard, dachangchae, and red lettuce, along with various side dishes, are laid out buffet-style. It is very popular, so you may have to wait during busy hours; it is advisable to call ahead to inquire about the waiting time before visiting.
